Dataset_Env Technology

This data was gathered from an environmental sensor using a luciferase reporter to track nitrate in estuarine waters of Narraganset Bay. Included are sensor readings from the bioreporter sensor for different KNO2 nitrate standards. A second sheet includes data produced from a wavelet analysis of a low concentration sample. The objective of this study was to find a low cost method of analyzing nitrate in estuarine systems that could be scaled up effectively for use in environmental systems.
