Bulk sequence analysis of the OVCAR8 cells following humanized antibody treatment

Epithelial ovarian carcinoma (EOC) is the most lethal form of ovarian cancer in the United States. Most EOCs recur, resulting in a five-year overall survival rate of only ~47%. Thus, there is an urgent need for more efficient ways to control this disease. We have previously reported that mouse mAb 4D12G1 targeting the extracellular domain of AMHR2 (AMHR2-ED) is highly efficacious for inhibiting the growth of human EOCs by facilitating apoptosis of EOC cells. Our results suggest that a humanized 4D12G1 mAb may be an effective immunotherapeutic reagent against human EOCs.
