Transcriptional profiling of Kras/shp53-induced gliomaspheres and tumors

We compared the transcriptome of gliomaspheres and of a subcutaneous tumor from Kras/shp53-transformed mouse newborn astrocytes. Gliomaspheres were obtained by transforming R26CagCreER;Yapf/f;Tazf/f mouse astrocyte with KRasG12V/shp53. The subcutaneous tumor derived from Kras/shp53-induced gliomaspheres injected in the flank of an immunocompromised mouse. The experiment includes 3 samples of control mouse astroglial cells, 2 sample of tumor Kras/shp53 with YTwt, and 1 sample of tumor Kras/shp53 with YTKO.
