资源简介:
Cannabis and endocannabinoids: Research work on the enzymatic machinery in rat alveolar macrophages of the main endocannabinoid, 2-arachidonylglycerole (2-AG), discovered by a young Moroccan researcher (Mourad Errasfa) at Harvard Medical School and published in 1991, (https: //pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/1892889/). 2-AG was first described in 1995 by Raphael Mechoulam et al. as an endocannabinoid (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/7605349/) . In 1999, (https://lnkd.in/eGxsz4WU), an Italian team (di Marzo et al.) described the enzyme 2-AG lipase and cited Errasfa's 1991 article without citing other pathways of synthesis of 2-AG and its metabolism described by Errasfa in the same article. Di Marzo's Italian team therefore intentionally failed to correctly cite in 1999 the research work of Mourad Errasfa at the origin of the first description of the phospholipase and diacilglycerol lipase enzymatic machineries at the origin of the synthesis of 2-AG, described as the 2nd endocannabinoid in 1995 by Raphael Mechoulam.
