We depict a time series genome-wide accessible chromatin atlas during adipogenesis of human adipose-derived stem cells. Overall design: ATAC-seq analysis was performed to map a four time points (0h, 2h, 8h and 24h) high-quality genome-wide time-resolved accessible chromatin atlas during adipogenesis of human adipose-derived stem cells. Two biological replicates were conducted for each time point.
