This dataset contains the input files for three different hydropower formulations within Dispa-SET mid-term hydrothermal scheduling model. This dataset comprises the data used in the manuscript currently under peer review, titled "Assessing the Operational Impact of Hydropower Over-simplification in National Energy System Models". The data supports the comparative analysis between the Hydro Cascade Formulation (HCF), the Simplified Hydro Formulation (SHF), and the One Hydro Formulation (OHF), applied to the Bolivian National Interconnected System (SIN). The repository includes time-series data for water inflows, reservoir parameters, hydraulic topology configurations, and power plant characteristics for the years 2020.
