vancomycin-heterogeneous resistance Staphylococcus aureus associated a case of persistent bacteremia

Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) remains one of the main culprits threatening human life safety due to its resistance and virulence. However, since the emergence of heterogeneous vancomycin resistance, people have paid more attention to the heteroresistant part than the sensitive part. In this case, we report a case of persistent bacteremia and four stains derived from the patient were studied.
