16S rRNA gene sequencing and quantitative PCR (qPCR) assays were used to investigate bacterial community diversity in peanut rhizosphere soils applied with AMF and Ca2+ in saline-alkaline land. The study aims to explore the synergy effect of AMF and exogenous Ca2+ on rhizosphere bacterial community composition and salt stress response, to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the rational planting of peanuts and improvement of stress tolerance in saline-alkaline land.
