Whole genome sequencing and variant calls for the Coriell CEPH/UTAH 1463 family to create a "platinum" standard comprehensive set for variant calling improvement.

We are providing whole genome sequence and variant call data for 17 members of the Coriell CEPH/UTAH 1463 family in order to create a "platinum" standard comprehensive set of variant calls. These genomes include three trio’s, as well as a technical replicate (separate library and sequencing, but same DNA sample) of NA12882 for accuracy estimation. All 18 genomes are sequenced to greater than 30x. Additional information and analyses will be provided at www.platinumgenomes.org.
