LightwheelOcc, co-developed by Lightwheel AI and OpenDriveLab, is a publicly available synthetic dataset for autonomous driving. This dataset contains 40,000 frames along with ground-truth labels for various tasks, and it is a comprehensive dataset covering diverse regional terrains, weather patterns, vehicle types, vegetation and road markings. Lightwheel AI leverages generative AI and simulation technologies to provide 3D, physically realistic and generalizable synthetic data solutions for autonomous driving and embodied AI. By releasing LightwheelOcc, we aim to advance research in the fields of computer vision, autonomous driving and synthetic data.
