Elementa - Fournier et al. 2020 - On Energy Sufficiency and the Need for New Policies to Combat Growing Inequities in the Residential Energy Sector

Historical time series data and future forecast projects at the zipcode level within Los Angeles County for:<br>(1) residential electricity consumption per capita (kwh/person-year)(2) residential natural gas consumption per capita (therms/person-year)(3) cumulative total, light-duty, electric vehicle registrations per 1k-capita (ev-registrations/1k-persons-year)(4) cumulative total, light-duty, plug-in hybrid vehicle registrations per 1k-capita (phev-registrations/1k-persons-year)(5) cumulative total installed capacity of residential scale rooftop solar PV distributed energy resources (MW-AC/1k-persons-year)<br>Data within each category have been separated into individual files for historical figures and low-mid-high range projections.<br>Additionally, zipcode level aggregations of CalEnviroScreen-3.0 (CES) census tract level composite percentile scores are provided. This data file flags each zipcode whose aggregated CES score is above the 75th percentile statewide as being a Disadvantaged Community (DAC). <br>
