Two pollen samples from 8PB35 were submitted for analysis. These samples represent
the bottom of a pre-ceramic shell midden next to the Loxahatchee River and a shovel test in a
Low Hammock area that dates between 2250 and 3250 BP. Pollen analysis was undertaken to
identify prehistoric vegetation in this area.
