Arabidopsis thaliana Col0 wild-type and triple mutant wrky7/11/17 infected with Pseudomonas syringae

Arabidopsis thaliana plants of ecotype Col-0 wild-type and triple mutants in the transcription factors WRKY7, WRKY11, and WRKY17 (wrky7/11/17) were infected with Pseudomonas syringae pv tomato DC3000. Leaf tissue from 4 weeks old plants was collected at 0, 3, and 24 hours post-infection. cDNA libraries were constructed using the Illumina TruSeq RNA Sample Prep Kit v2 (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA). RNA sequencing was performed with Illumina HiSeq 4000, strand-specific (2x100 bp).
