ACCO: Company agreements

**This dataset comes from a certified public service** Corporate agreements distributed in accordance with the article of Decree No 2017-752 of 3 May 2017 on the advertising of collective agreements. These agreements may concern: — the groups, — companies, — establishments. The following shall be distributed: — agreements concluded, — their modification(s), — their suppression. The database contains the company agreements concluded from 1 September 2017. As a transitional measure and until 1 October 2018, the data do not include the surnames and surnames of negotiators and signatories. Beyond this date these elements are published by default, except anonymisation requested from the Directorate-General for Labour and carried out at the source by the latter before dissemination. **To access the data directory under ftps, contact Dila’s Data Administration department at the following address:** [[e-mail]]([e-mail]) **DTD Reference: DTD LEGIFRANCE** The LEGI, KALI, JORF, CAPP, CASS, INCA, JADE, ACCO, CNIL and CONSTIT bases have generic DTDs in common and specific DTDs. The modification of a generic DTD can therefore impact different bases. To simplify the management of DTD updates of these bases and to facilitate the consideration of impacts with each change of one of the DTDs, DILA makes available a single repository of DTDs of all these bases. This repository, named DTD LEGIFRANCE contains a DTD_Legifrance folder. This file shall include: — All generic and specific DTDs of the legal bases (excluding CIRCULAR) applicable on the date indicated in the file name; — A generic technical document for all bases; — A table LEGIFRANCE_20170711_dtd_map.xlsx which presents a view of the necessary DTDs by base and an impact view indicating by DTD the impacts on the different bases. With each change in a DTD, a new file is published in the directory to replace the old one; it bears the date of updating the repository. An indication of the modified DTDs will also be provided.
