Replication materials for "Improved Simulation of Seasonal Variation of Arctic Low Clouds by Resolving Subgrid Open Water Fluxes to the Atmosphere in CESM2"

The datasets are replication materials for the research "Improved Simulation of Seasonal Variation of Arctic Low Clouds by Resolving Subgrid Open Water Fluxes to the Atmosphere in CESM2". The fire "EXP_subgrid_low_cloud.nc" contains monthly subgrid low cloud data over both open water and sea ice surfaces for grid cells containing open water–sea ice coexistence in the EXP run, generated using the proposed subgrid-scale one-way coupling framework in NCAR CESM2.1.3. The revised CESM2 source code and the associated code documentation are also included.
