This dataset contains raw data for the study "Spatiotemporal mapping of RNA editing in the developing mouse brain using in situ sequencing reveals regional and cell-type-specific regulation".
Included data:
* ...details.csv filesThese files contains positional data for each detected transcript for each replicate.
* ...SingleCell.csv filesContains positional data for the segmented cells and their assigned transcript reads for each replicate.
* ...polygon_coordinates.csv filesContains the coordinates for the selected regions of interest (ROIs) for each replicate. These coordinates can be used to extract read and cell data for the selected ROIs.
* .tif or .jpg filesStitched DAPI images for full coronal brain sections.
* Data information.xlsx Contains information about ROI selection and image scale for the included replicates.
