Supplementary Data accompanying: "Raptors avoid the confusion effect by targeting fixed points in dense aerial prey aggregations"

This archive contains all of the custom-written MATLAB scripts, functions, and workspace files supplied as Supplementary Data accompanying the paper: <br> "Steering clear of the confusion effect: aerial predators target fixed points in dense prey aggregations" by Caroline H. Brighton, Laura N. Kloepper, Lucy Larkman, Lillias Zusi, Kathryn McGowan, Graham K. Taylor <br> as described in the README.txt. The remaining files are contained within the zipped folder Brighton_et_al.zip, together with the set of checkerboard images used for single camera calibration, and the results of all of the guidance simulations contained in the spreadsheet simulation_data.xlsx.
