Utah Health Small Statistical Areas 2018

The "Utah Small Health Statistics Areas" feature layer was developed by the Office of Public Health Assessment, Utah Department of Health using the Utah Local Health District and Small Area Designation Algorithm (see https://ibis.health.utah.gov/pdf/resource/Algorithm.pdf). Small Areas are defined based on ZIP Codes, population size, local health district and county boundaries, similarity of ZIP Code area income levels, community political boundaries, and input from local community representatives."犹他州小型卫生统计区域"要素图层（feature layer）由犹他州卫生厅公共卫生评估办公室（Office of Public Health Assessment, Utah Department of Health）依托犹他州地方卫生区域与小区域划定算法（Utah Local Health District and Small Area Designation Algorithm）开发，详细算法说明参见https://ibis.health.utah.gov/pdf/resource/Algorithm.pdf。小区域（Small Areas）的划定依据涵盖邮政编码区域、人口规模、地方卫生区域与县域边界、邮政编码区域收入水平相似度、社区政治边界，以及当地社区代表的建言。
