This study aims to investigate transcriptional changes in Schizosaccharomyces pombe upon inhibition of mitochondrial translation under different carbon sources and growth phases (first 24 samples). In addition, the role of the transcription factor Rst2 is examined during the exponential and stationary phases (last 12 samples).
