随着电梯使用管理逐渐科学化精细化,由于电梯运行里程、负载情况、使用环境等因素各不相同,电梯维保逐渐从以前的按时维保向按需维保转换。我公司通过建设电梯物联网系统,以设备接入层安装在电梯轿厢顶端、轿厢内部的传感器,实时采集电梯轿厢运行状态及故障数据,主要包括电梯状态及故障采集、红外人体感应、故障报警、视音频交互、无线通信等。通过后台模型分析,生成电梯运行报告,对电梯的健康度进行诊断,为电梯维保机构按需维保提供参考依据。
As the management of elevator operations becomes increasingly scientific and refined, elevator maintenance has gradually shifted from traditional fixed-time maintenance to on-demand maintenance, due to varying factors such as elevator operating mileage, load conditions, and operating environments. Our company has developed an elevator Internet of Things (IoT) system, via the device access layer of which sensors installed on the tops of elevator cars and their interiors are used to collect real-time data on the operating status and faults of elevators. The collected data and supported functions mainly include elevator status and fault collection, infrared human body sensing, fault alarm, audio-video interaction, and wireless communication. Through background model analysis, the system generates elevator operation reports, diagnoses the health status of elevators, and provides reference bases for elevator maintenance organizations to carry out on-demand maintenance.
