Data and R code for: Reproducibility of PREVENT-Based Cardiovascular-Kidney-Metabolic Syndrome Prevalence in US Adults
收藏资源简介:
Harmonized analytic dataset (derived from NHANES public-use files, 1999-2000 through 2017-2018; N=101,316 examined participants) and the complete R code needed to independently reproduce every result, table, and figure of the associated reproducibility study. Run the scripts in order 01 -> 02 -> 03 (R 4.5.1; survey 4.4.8; preventr 0.11.0). Key reproducible outputs: advanced-CKM (stages 3-4) prevalence of 23.40% unweighted / 17.56% survey-weighted in the Ekwunife domain (n=27,805) and 12.47% age-standardized in the Zhu domain (n=29,572); a sensitivity scenario using a 30-year PREVENT horizon and a >=30% risk threshold yields approximately 44.10%. All variables are derived exclusively from US CDC NHANES public-use data (https://wwwn.cdc.gov/nchs/nhanes/); no restricted-use data are included. De-identified participant IDs (SEQN_new). Data and documentation are licensed CC BY 4.0; the R code is licensed under the MIT License (see LICENSE).
