对武威市路边停车、路外停车、城市管理、监控管理、停车运营等进行分析，构建智慧停车数据资产应用体系。一方面，面向停车场运营管理，通过对停车收益、泊位利用率、临停与长租结构、服务效率等核心指标的分析，实现停车资源配置优化、运营流程精细化管控和服务质量提升；另一方面，面向公众出行服务，依托停车数据实现热门车场预判、泊位状态实时展示和多元化缴费服务，持续提升用户停车体验。同时，通过对脱敏后的跨区域、跨时段停车需求和车辆流动数据进行综合分析，形成停车供需研判和交通协同决策支撑，为政府部门在停车设施规划、资源共享调配及交通疏导优化等方面提供科学依据，充分释放数据资产在运营管理和城市治理中的综合价值。

This study conducts analysis on roadside parking, off-street parking, urban management, monitoring management and parking operations in Wuwei City, and establishes a smart parking data asset application system. On one hand, for parking lot operation management, by analyzing core indicators including parking revenue, berth utilization rate, the structure of short-term and long-term parking, and service efficiency, it realizes the optimization of parking resource allocation, refined control of operational processes, and improvement of service quality. On the other hand, for public travel services, relying on parking data, it enables prediction of popular parking lots, real-time display of berth status and diversified payment services, continuously enhancing users' parking experience. Meanwhile, through comprehensive analysis of anonymized cross-regional and cross-temporal parking demand and vehicle flow data, it generates parking supply and demand assessment and traffic collaborative decision-making support, providing scientific basis for government departments in parking facility planning, resource sharing and allocation, traffic guidance optimization and other aspects, and fully unleashes the comprehensive value of data assets in operation management and urban governance.
