The archive contains 10 paired Illumina and 10 Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) dummy cfDNA sequencing read files (.fq.gz) created by merging multiple real files from lung cancer patients respectively, followed by random downsampling to 100k reads. The original Illumina files were produced by shallow whole genome 150 bp paired end sequencing of plasma cfDNA samples, while the original ONT files by shallow whole genome sequencing using the PCR barcoding kit (SQK-PBK004).
