Whole transcriptome RNAseq analysis of adult Inha WT and KO normal testis (N), tumour associated tubules (TAT) and tumour regions (TM).

We performed bulk RNA-Seq on testes from adult Inha WT and KO mice (lacking the inhibin a gene). Overall design: Inha KO mice develop stromal tumours and the aim of this experiment was to examine the differences in the KO normal (N), tumour associated tubules (TAT) and tumour regions (TM) compared to Inha WT. In some instances, multiple tumours were analysed within a single testis and between testes from the same animal.
