Deeper Resolution using an Inhibitory Primer

We have developed a simple method that not only enhances minority species detection but also increases accuracy of abundance estimation of minority species. We have named the method as Deeper Resolution using an Inhibitory Primer(DRIP). 16S metagenome-DRIP serves as a useful technique to grasp a deeper and more accurate microbiota composition, when combined with conventional 16S metagenome analysis.
