Comprehensive Whole Genome Sequencing of Multidrug-Resistant Bacterial Isolates in Blood Cancer Patients in Bangladesh

The primary objective of this project is to perform comprehensive whole genome sequencing (WGS) of multidrug-resistant (MDR) bacterial isolates collected from blood cancer patients in Bangladesh. The study aims to identify the genetic determinants responsible for antimicrobial resistance (AMR), virulence factors, and other clinically relevant genomic features in these bacterial isolates.
