Development Individual STN DBS prediction model for PD

Development of a prediction model which differentiates between strong and weak response. Outcome classification is based on a holistic approach using UPDRS II, III and IV improvement. Clinical preoperative variables are used as predictors in a logistic regression predictive model. This data set describes the single-center cohort which is used to develop the model, and validated via cross-validation.
