Genome sequencing of clinical and veterinary Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli isolates treated with recombinant GH20 glycoside hydrolases targeting PNAG biofilms

Raw FASTQ-format sequencing reads from Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli isolates of clinical and veterinary origin. The human isolate (S. aureus 03) was obtained from a chronic venous ulcer, while veterinary isolates (S. aureus MSA22, MSA29, and MSA90) were recovered from milk samples of cows with mastitis. All isolates were confirmed by traditional microbiological methods and detection of the nuc gene. Genomic DNA was extracted following enzymatic lysis and purified using spin column-based protocols. Libraries were prepared with the Illumina DNA Prep kit and sequenced on the Illumina MiSeq platform with paired-end reads. The dataset enables genome characterization, strain identification, and exploration of genetic determinants potentially associated with biofilm formation and degradation.
