非规上企业数据资源由潜江一标三实管理系统采集生产而来，基于市监企业数据、五经普企业数据、编办机关单位数据、民政社会机关团体多源数据融合整理，由社区网格员核查上门现场采集并经数据治理形成非规上企业数据成果。

The data resources of enterprises below the designated size are collected and generated by the Qianjiang One Standard and Three Realities Management System. This dataset is integrated and organized from multi-source data, including enterprise data from the local market supervision authority, enterprise data from the Fifth National Economic Census, institutional data from the local Institution Establishment Committee, and data on social organizations and public institutions from the local civil affairs department. Finally, it is finalized as the official data outcomes of enterprises below the designated size following on-site door-to-door collection and verification by community grid staff and subsequent data governance.
