Evaluate and compare the genome-wide distribution of Mcm2-7 in S phase between two widely used Drosophila cell lines, Kc167 and S2. Goal is also to correlate the Mcm2-7 distribution with other chromatin features, such as transcription, which may explain cell-line-dependent differences.
