Code and validation data for longitudinal versus quasi-P wave propagation in weakly anisotropic elasticity

This dataset contains the MATLAB scripts, numerical outputs, validation logs, figures, and checksum information used to reproduce the numerical results reported in the manuscript “Longitudinal versus quasi-P wave propagation in weakly anisotropic elasticity: modal error and long-time dephasing”. The archive includes the five MATLAB scripts used for the spectral, temporal, weak-anisotropy, long-time, and parameter-sweep experiments, together with the outputs from an independent rerun performed with MATLAB R2026a Update 3 on Windows 11.
