The exploration of m6A methylation in scleroderma remains in its infancy. We aimed to reveal the landscape of m6A methylated long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) and small RNAs in scleroderma. Overall design: Two-condition experiment, BLM-treated mouse model of scleroderma group vs. PBS-treated control group. Biological replicates: 4 replicates for each group.
