Only one volume of this series is known to exist and the overall date range of this series is unknown.It was filled in by the Porter who brought the bodies to the Mortuary. It records the deceased person's name, "UR" number, the date and time the body was delivered, the Porter's name and where the body was from - an RWH ward or from another hospital. Bodies from other hospitals were sent to the RWH for post-mortem. Undertakers' names are recorded for some.Series HistoryPrior to transfer to Public Record Office Victoria, the records in this series were maintained as part of the RWH Archives in RWH series number 0262.
