To clarify the transcriptomic response in cancer cells treated with LAT1 inhibitors, focusing on valine and isoleucine depletion, total RNA was extracted from pancreatic cancer MIA PaCa-2 cells cultured for 24 hr in RPMI-1640 media containing LAT1 inhibitor nanvuranlat (30 µM) or lacking valine or isoleucine and analyzed by RNA-seq.
