Genome-wide expression profiling of whole of uhrf1 mutant zebrafish compared to WT siblings at 120 hpf

The goal of this study is to compare gene expression levels in whole uhrf1 mutant larvae to phenotypically normal siblings. Larvae were segregated by phenotype on 5 dpf and 10 larvae with the mutant phenotype and phenotypically normal siblings were pooled. RNA was extracted. Libraries were prepared according to Illumina Truseq RNA sample prep kit, version 2, followed by Ribo-Zero Gold treatment. Larvae from two separate clutches were analyzed.
