灾害伤亡率指标评价数据集（因灾死亡、失踪、直接受影响人数）（2018年）

中国2018年省级尺度自然灾害造成的人口伤亡数据集。自然灾害主要包括旱灾、洪涝灾害、风雹、低温冷冻、雪灾等。伤亡人口包括受影响的人口和死亡人口。甘肃省、内蒙古自治区、湖北省、山西省、辽宁省等省份自然灾害造成的人口伤亡率最大，福建省、浙江省、上海市、北京市、天津市等省份自然灾害造成的人口伤亡率最小。

This is a dataset documenting population casualties caused by natural disasters at the provincial level in China in 2018. The covered natural disasters mainly include droughts, floods, wind-hail disasters, low-temperature freezing disasters, snow disasters, etc. The casualties herein refer to both affected populations and fatalities. Provinces such as Gansu Province, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Hubei Province, Shanxi Province and Liaoning Province recorded the highest population casualty rates due to natural disasters, while provinces including Fujian Province, Zhejiang Province, Shanghai Municipality, Beijing Municipality and Tianjin Municipality witnessed the lowest such rates.
