MAPA 10/2024. Provision of surface analyses and food samples for collective catering over 4 years.

The services consist mainly in carrying out two types of sampling, namely surface sampling and food sampling in the various municipal kitchens, in accordance with the regulations in force in this area. The selected service provider will also be required to provide advice to the department’s management, which will involve supporting the implementation of the control plan, explaining the results, helping to identify the cause of unsatisfactory results and finding more relevant manufacturing processes.
