Enrichment culture of microorganisms for reductive dehalogenation from cold seep sediments

Reductive dehalogenation microorganisms were anaerobically enriched and cultured using halogenated pollutants as substrates from sediments of cold seep in the South China Sea. This project includes 16s rRNA data obtained during the passage process and 16s rRNA data obtained from physiological and biochemical experiments.
