Actions to increase grain legume consumption in Sweden

We conducted a search of peer-reviewed and grey literature to identify actions with the potential to increase grain legume consumption in Sweden. We also include Europe since many opportunities for policy action in Sweden are linked with European Union (EU) policies. Documents were included if they addressed influencing grain legume consumption through increases to production, directly targeting consumers, or taking a system/value chain perspective. Actions were classified by their type of publication and placed along the leverage points framework using the definitions in Meadows (1999, 2008) and adapted by Abson et al. (2017). Actions were then grouped into action categories along the leverage points framework. These classifications are used in the attached documents and provided here for ease of use.
