Tobacco root-knot nematode is a soil-borne disease that presents a major hazard to the cultivation of tobacco, causing significant reduction in crop quality and yield. Changes in the rhizosphere soil microbial community are closely associated with the occurrence of tobacco root-knot nematode disease.
