THE SIGNIFICANCE OF WOMEN'S ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE SERVICE SECTOR

Women’s entrepreneurship has emerged as a crucial driver of economic development, particularly within the service sector, which dominates modern economies. This article explores the significance of women-led enterprises in services, emphasizing their contribution to employment generation, innovation, social development, and inclusive growth. Using secondary data and analytical review, the study highlights that women entrepreneurs are predominantly active in service industries due to lower entry barriers and flexibility. The findings suggest that strengthening institutional support, improving access to finance, and enhancing digital skills can further empower women entrepreneurs and increase their economic impact.
