油气管道阴极保护是针对埋地钢质管道的核心防腐技术,通过人为施加阴极电流或采用牺牲阳极,使管道表面形成稳定极化层,抑制电化学腐蚀反应,避免管道因土壤、地下水等环境侵蚀出现穿孔泄漏。基于此,油气管道线路阴极保护监测数据集用于对长输油气管道、城市管网等各类埋地钢质管道设施的腐蚀情况开展监测预警,监测贯穿金属管道设施的全生命周期。 通过采集监测管道电位(自然电位、通电电位、断电电位)、电流密度、土壤电阻率、环境温湿度等数据,并用本算法加以分析,判断出当前管道设施是否处于腐蚀状态,腐蚀程度如何,并采取相应的补救措施(例如派相关运维人员处理)。 本数据集可解决问题:1.对照 GB/T 21448 标准自动评估保护效果,替代传统人工巡检,将评估频率提升至 10 分钟 / 次,避免隐性腐蚀风险。2.依托传感器供电电压、通信信号强度数据,建立金属设备健康度模型,提前识别 “亚健康” 状态,防止数据断采。3.应急处置时,异常数据触发后 10 分钟内推送 “位置 + 疑似原因 + 指引”,关联多维度数据快速排查故障。

Cathodic protection is a core anti-corrosion technology for buried steel pipelines. By artificially applying cathodic current or using sacrificial anodes, a stable polarization layer is formed on the pipeline surface, which suppresses electrochemical corrosion reactions and prevents puncture and leakage of pipelines caused by environmental erosion such as soil and groundwater. Based on this, the Oil and Gas Pipeline Cathodic Protection Monitoring Dataset is designed to carry out monitoring and early warning on the corrosion status of various buried steel pipeline facilities including long-distance oil and gas pipelines and urban pipeline networks, and the monitoring runs through the full lifecycle of metal pipeline facilities. By collecting data such as pipeline potential (natural potential, applied potential, off-potential), current density, soil resistivity, ambient temperature and humidity, and analyzing them with the proposed algorithm, this dataset can determine whether the current pipeline facilities are in a corrosion state and the degree of corrosion, and take corresponding remedial measures (e.g., dispatch relevant operation and maintenance personnel for handling). This dataset can address the following issues: 1. Automatically evaluate the protection effect in accordance with the GB/T 21448 standard, replacing traditional manual inspections, increasing the evaluation frequency to once every 10 minutes, and avoiding latent corrosion risks. 2. Establish a metal equipment health model based on sensor supply voltage and communication signal strength data, identify "sub-health" status in advance, and prevent data collection interruption. 3. During emergency response, push "location + suspected cause + guidance" within 10 minutes after abnormal data is triggered, and associate multi-dimensional data to conduct rapid troubleshooting.
