30 CTD casts were carried out across the four sites in the northeast Atlanitc (Mingulay Reef Complex, Logachev, Pisces and Hebridean Terrace Seamount) between 21st May and 9th June 2012 during the ‘Changing Oceans Expedition 2012’, RRS James Cook cruise JC073. This dataset provides the CTD (conductivity [salinity], temperature, depth) data and auxillary CTD data including, oxygen, fluorescence, transmission, attenuation and PAR.
