Dactylonectria torresensis: genome sequencing and assembly

The soil-borne fungus Dactylonectria torresensis is the most common causal agent of black-foot disease in Europe, one of the most important destructive diseases in grapevine. D. torresensis is common in the soil, infecting grafted vines after some months of growth in nursery soils and in young vineyards, especially in the first 5 years. In addition, D. torresensis can colonize endophytically other alternative hosts such as cereals or weeds.
