粮食质量安全问题越来越成为普通老百姓甚至是政府部门关注的焦点之一。铅是一种灰白色有害金属元素,属于重金属中的一种,长期过量摄入可导致人体慢性中毒.测定入厂大米铅含量是否达到国家标准,提前做好大米的入厂筛选工作,为消费者的安全和部门监管做好监测工作。以国家标准GB5009.12-2011,食品安全国家标准食品中铅的测定为检验依据,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度计测定方法与结果分析,称取试样质量m为1g粉碎的大米样品于瓷坩埚中先小火在可调式电热板上炭化至无烟,移入马弗炉灰化,冷却,所用试剂标准溶液则换算系数为1000,记录消化液中铅含量C1(ng/mL),空白液中铅含量C0(ng/mL),消化液定容总体积V(ml),测得大米中铅的含量,计算公式如下:铅含量X(mg/kg)=【(C1-C0)*V】/(m*换算系数1000);结果与标准中的规定一致,判定公式:F(x)=IF(大米铅含量测定值<0.2mg/kg,"合格","不合格")。
Food quality and safety has increasingly become one of the focal concerns of ordinary people and even government departments. Lead is a grayish-white toxic metallic element belonging to heavy metals; long-term excessive intake can cause chronic poisoning in humans. Determining whether the lead content of incoming rice meets national standards, conducting pre-delivery screening of rice in advance, and carrying out monitoring work to ensure consumer safety and facilitate departmental supervision. Taking the national standard GB 5009.12-2011, National Food Safety Standard for the Determination of Lead in Foods, as the inspection basis, the flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry method is adopted for determination and result analysis. Weigh 1 g of crushed rice sample (sample mass m) into a porcelain crucible, first carbonize it over low heat on an adjustable electric hot plate until no smoke is emitted, then transfer it to a muffle furnace for ashing and allow it to cool. The conversion factor for the standard reagent solution used is 1000. Record the lead content in the digest solution C1 (ng/mL), the lead content in the blank solution C0 (ng/mL), and the final total volume V (mL) of the digest solution after being made up to volume. The lead content in rice is calculated as follows: Lead content X (mg/kg) = [(C1 - C0) * V] / (m * 1000). The compliance judgment formula is: F(x)=IF(measured lead content of rice < 0.2 mg/kg, "Pass", "Fail").
