The effect of temperature on trophic discrimination of stable isotopes (13C and 15N) and biokinetics in cyprinid fish- Data

This dataset contains experimental measurements from a controlled study investigating the effect of temperature on growth, metabolic turnover, and trophic discrimination of stable isotopes (^13C and ^15N) in common carp (Cyprinus carpio). The data include isotopic composition of muscle tissue, elemental content (carbon and nitrogen), fish growth parameters (weight and length), and experimental conditions across three temperature regimes (15 °C, 25 °C, and natural ambient). These data support analyses of temperature-dependent isotope dynamics and biokinetics in freshwater fish.
