GO analysis identified 37 pathways enriched amongst hypomethylated sites. Eight of these pathways were related to sensory perception, specifically smell. GO ID = Gene Ontology identifier, N = number of genes in the GO term, DE = number of genes that were differentially methylated, P.DE = P value for over-representation of the GO term, ONTOLOGY: BP = biological process, CC = cellular component, MF = molecular function.
