Single cell sequencing performed on 16 prokaryotes retrieved from the Baltic Sea.. Linnaeus Microbial Observatory Single Cell sequencing

Single-amplified genomes (SAGs) constructed from the Linnaeus Microbial Observatory (LMO), located 11 km off the coast in the Baltic Sea. We obtained 16 SAGs of a variety of taxa including Bacteroidetes, Cyanobacteria, Alpha- and Gammaproteobacteria (Table S1). These are to be compared with metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) earlier generated from the same station (Hugerth et al. 2015).
