This code reproduces the results in the paper "The relative performance of AIC, AICC and BIC in the presence of unobserved heterogeneity", in the journal Methods in Ecology and Evolution [doi: 10.1111/2041-210X.12541]. There are also a number of data files included, which include the simulation data; note that if rerunning the simulations, the plots produced may look different from those in the paper.
