RLP ROM data

Range of motion (ROM) and X-ray reconstruction of moving morphology (XROMM) data of the Red-legged partridge (Alectoris rufa; RLP). This dataset is part of the publication: Soft tissue constraints on joint mobility in the avian shoulder. The zipped folder is structured in ROM, XROMM and Ligament subdirectories: XROMM folder contains the raw data (3d marker trajectories) and the resultant joint translations and rotations for all analysed XROMM trials for the three RLP specimens (RLP2, RLP3, RLP4). ROM folder contains the resultant joint translations and rotations for the ROM simulations for RLP2-4. Ligament folder contains simulated ligaments for the XROMM trials and the ROM simulations for RLP2-4.
